Application
MEKP is used as a room temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester resin, an initiator for organic synthesis, a bleach, and a fungicide. Used as a catalyst in the production of polyester and acrylic polymers, it is the safest peroxide. It is also widely used as a hardening agent in the production of reinforced polyester glass fibers.

Storage
